Chipotle Aioli

Chipotle Aioli

An aioli is just a fancy name for a flavored mayonnaise. The chipotle gives the mayo a smoky and slightly spicy taste.

Makes about 1/4 cup                                                             1 WW pp / Tbsp.

1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice from 1/8 of a lime
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Spread on a condiment on a sandwich or as a dip.
