Ginger Broiled Grapefruit

I never thought I would like warm grapefruit, but I do. The addition of the Truvia and crystallized ginger cuts the tartness of the grapefruit.
1 grapefruit, cut in half
1 1/2 tsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger
- Preheat the broiler.
- Loosen the grapefruit segments with a knife or grapefruit spoon.
- Sprinkle the Truvia and crystallized ginger over the grapefruit halves.
- Broil until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
