Ginger Broiled Grapefruit

Ginger Broiled Grapefruit


I never thought I would like warm grapefruit, but I do. The addition of the Truvia and crystallized ginger cuts the tartness of the grapefruit.


Makes 2 servings                                                        0 WW Blue points / serving

1 grapefruit, cut in half

1 1/2 tsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend

2 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger


  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Loosen the grapefruit segments with a knife or grapefruit spoon
  3. Sprinkle the Truvia and crystallized ginger over the grapefruit halves.
  4. Broil until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
