Zoodles

 Zoodles

Spiralized vegetables are a great substitute for pasta.

I only cook the zoodles for a couple of minutes so they do not get soggy and still have a bite to them.

Makes 2 servings                                                         0 WW Blue points / serving


1 medium zucchini, spiralized


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Drop the zoodles zucchini into the water, cook to your desired tenderness.
  3. Drain and add to your favorite recipe.
