Taco Turkey Burger

We have started eating our burgers bun-less. If you want to add a reduced carb hamburger bun, pita, wrap or English muffin just remember to add the points.
Serves 3 0 WW Blue points / serving without toppings
3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
1 1/2 tsp grated onion
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
pinch freshly ground black pepper
Favorite taco toppings (optional)
Lettuce 0 WW Blue points / serving
Raw or cooked onions 0 WW Blue points / serving
Tomato slices 0 WW Blue points / serving
Pickled jalapeno peppers 0 WW Blue points / serving
Salsa 0 WW Blue points / serving
Fat free sour cream 0 WW Blue points / 1 Tbsp.
Reduced fat Mexican blend cheese 1 WW Blue point / 1 1/2 Tbsp.
- Mix the turkey, onion, chili powder, salt, coriander, cumin and black pepper in a bowl.
- Form into 3 burger patties. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until ready to use.
- In a skillet coated with cooking spray, cook the patties for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Add your favorite taco toppings and serve.
