Skinny Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Makes 4 servings 1 WW Blue point per 4 mushrooms
16 medium fresh white button mushrooms, stems removed
4 ounces crabmeat
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp skim milk
1 Tbsp dried breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 garlic clove, minced
Minced fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, milk, breadcrumbs, Old Bay, cheese and garlic in a bowl.
- Stuff the mushroom and place them in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Cook in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley, if using, and serve.
