Dill Vegetable Dip

Dill Vegetable Dip

This is a zesty low fat dip for fresh vegetables.



Makes about 1/3 cup                                    1 point / 2 Tbsp of dip

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp low fat mayonnaise

3/4 tsp finely minced onion

1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/3 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

Fresh vegetables for serving

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetable.
