South of France Seasoning Blend
adapted from Cooking Light Annual Recipes 1997
The seasoning blend add a light flavor to any type of poultry.
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. ground bay leaf
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
