Roasted Mushroom Caps

These mushrooms ae great with a steam or as a dipper for Pepperoni Pizza Fondue.
1 pint white button mushrooms
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Remove the stems from the mushroom. Reserve them for vegetable stock.
- Place the mushrooms cap side up in a baking dish.
- Roast the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are cooked but still firm.
