Garlic Oil
adapted from Everyday Food
1/2 head garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
- Smash and peel the garlic cloves
- Put the garlic and oil in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until small bubbles form around the garlic.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before using.
