Roasted Broccolini & Caulilini

I stumbled across caulilini (baby cauliflower) in the grocery store. I have never seen it before. I had some broccolini which is actually a cross between broccoli and Chinese broccoli.
6 oz. caulilini, trimmed
6 oz. broccolini
Cooking spray
Kosher salt & Freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Spread the caulilini and broccolini in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Lightly coat with the top of the vegetables with cooking spray.; Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
