Roasted Broccolini & Caulilini

I stumbled across caulilini (baby cauliflower) in the grocery store. I have never seen it before. I had some broccolini which is actually a cross between broccoli and Chinese broccoli.


Makes 4 servings                                                      0 WW Blue points / serving

6 oz. caulilini, trimmed

6 oz. broccolini

Cooking spray

Kosher salt & Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread the caulilini and broccolini in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Lightly coat with the top of the vegetables with cooking spray.; Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 10-15 minutes until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
