Baked Dijon Chicken
adapted from Grey Poupon
Brush this mixture on boneless skinless chicken breasts for a tasty zing.
served with Garlicky Mashed Cauliflower |
Makes 2 servings 0 WW Blue points / serving
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Whisk together the mustard, water, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Toss the chicken with the mustard mixture.
- Move the chicken to a rack on a baking sheet. If there any any mustard mixture in the container brush it on the chicken.
- Bake in the preheat oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
