Sautéed Mushrooms
There is nothing better on a steak than sautéed mushrooms. The have a complex taste but are very easy to make.
Makes 4 servings 0 WW Blue points / servings
3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 Tbsp. dry red wine
- In a pan coated with cooking spray, cook the mushrooms, sprinkled with salt until they are beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the wine and continue cooking until the wine has been absorbed and the mushrooms are cooked through, about 2 more minutes.
- Serve with your favorite steak, burger or chicken dish.
