Gorgonzola Butter

Gorgonzola Butter

Flavored butters add heightened flavor to any dish you are making.


Makes 6 servings                                                          1 WW Blue point / serving

2 Tbsp. butter, softened to room temperature

1 tsp. gorgonzola cheese

1/4 tsp. mustard

1/4 tsp. lemon zest


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Scrape the butter onto a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour, before using.
