Garlic Roasted Green Beans
adapted from Weight Watchers' Five Ingredient 15 Minute Cookbook (2006)

served with pan seared salmon on wilted fennel



Makes 2 servings                                                      0 WW Blue points / serving

1/2 lb. whole green beans, trimmed (about 2 cups)
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
Cooking spray
Garlic Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Place the beans and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet; toss to coat.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season to taste with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper.
