Garlic Roasted Green Beans
adapted from Weight Watchers' Five Ingredient 15 Minute Cookbook (2006)
Makes 2 servings 0 WW Blue points / serving
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
Cooking spray
Garlic Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Place the beans and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet; toss to coat.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper.
