Turnips with Scallions
adapted from Savory - Giant Food
This is a quick and easy side dish.
Makes 2 servings 1 WW Blue point / serving
1 1/2 tsp. spray margarine
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. snipped scallions, green parts only
- In a pot of salted water, cook the turnip until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain.
- Add the spray margarine and honey to the pot. Return the turnips to the pot and toss to coat.
- Add the scallions and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Enjoy!
