Basic Baked Spaghetti Squash
adapted from CookingLight.com
I like to use ice cream scoop to remove the seeds from squashes and pumpkins. Don't forget to save the seeds so you can roast them.
1 (3 lb.) spaghetti squash, cut in half and seeds reserved
Cooking spray
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place the squash cut side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.
- When cool enough to handle scrape shred the flesh of the squash with a form.
- Serve in place of spaghetti in your favorite dishes.
Enjoy!
