Lower Carb Breadcrumbs
Many recipes that we love include breadcrumbs. You can reduce the WW Blue points by making your own with low carb bread.
2 Schmidt 647 Sandwich Rolls
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Separate the rolls in half.
- Place the roll halves on the rack in the preheated oven. Cook 15 minutes.
- Flip the roll halves over and cook until dried, about 10 more minutes.
- Place one roll half at a time in a small food processor and pulse until you get your preferred texture.
- Spread out on a baking sheet to cool completely.
- Repeat with the remaining roll halves.
- Use as you would store bought breadcrumbs.
