Lower Carb Breadcrumbs

Many recipes that we love include breadcrumbs. You can reduce the WW Blue points by making your own with low carb bread.


Makes 2 cups
            5 WW Blue points / 2 cups


2 Schmidt 647 Sandwich Rolls


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Separate the rolls in half.
  3. Place the roll halves on the rack in the preheated oven. Cook 15 minutes.
  4. Flip the roll halves over and cook until dried, about 10 more minutes.
  5. Place one roll half at a time in a small food processor and pulse until you get your preferred texture.
  6. Spread out on a baking sheet to cool completely.
  7. Repeat with the remaining roll halves.
  8. Use as you would store bought breadcrumbs.
