Garlic Beet Greens & Spinach

 Garlic Beet Greens & Spinach

Makes 4 servings
                    1 WW Blue point / serving

1 lbs. beet greens

1 lb. baby spinach

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp. leek infused olive oil or plain olive oil

Cooking spray


  1. Trim the beet greens discarding the stems.
  2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Add the oil and the garlic and slightly browned. Remove the garlic.
  3. Add the greens and spinach to the same skillet. Cover and cook until wilted, about 4 minutes.
