Hot Pepper Jam

 Hot Pepper Jam

Makes about 1/3 cup                    1 WW Blue point / tsp

For this recipe I used jarred jalapenos and banana peppers because that is what I had in the house. You can use any hot peppers you have available.

1 cup jarred sliced hot peppers with juice

1/4 cup sugar substitute

2 Tbsp green tomato jam or orange marmalade

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat.
  2. Simmer until the liquids turns to a glaze about 1 hour.
  3. Serve over your favorite burger.
