Mustard Vinaigrette

Mustard Vinaigrette

adapted from Guy on Fire (2014)



Makes about 7 Tbsp                    1 WW Blue point / Tbsp

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp honey

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

4 tsp olive oil

4 tsp water

1 tsp freeze dried chives or 1 Tbsp fresh, minced


  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.
