Noodles & Zoodles
If you do not have a spiralizer, they are readily available in grocery stores now but they are rather expensive. America's Test Kitchen give some suggestions on how to get a similar result without buying a new kitchen gadget.
Noodles & Zoodles served with Eggplant and Mozzarella Melt |
Makes 2 Servings 2 WW Blue Points
1 1/2 ounces dried spaghetti
1 zucchini, spiralized (zoodles)
- Cook the pasta in heavily salted water according to package directions.
- Add zoodles during the last minute of cooking.
- Drain & Serve.
