If you do not have a spiralizer, they are readily available in grocery stores now but they are rather expensive. America's Test Kitchen give some suggestions on how to get a similar result without buying a new kitchen gadget.

Noodles & Zoodles served with Eggplant and Mozzarella Melt



Makes 2 Servings            2 WW Blue Points

1 1/2 ounces dried spaghetti

1 zucchini, spiralized (zoodles)


  1. Cook the pasta in heavily salted water according to package directions.
  2. Add zoodles during the last minute of cooking.
  3. Drain & Serve.
