Reduced Fat Thousand Island Dressing

This is great as a sandwich spread as well.
Makes 3 servings 1 WW Blue point / Tbsp.
2 Tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. tomato paste
3/4 tsp capers, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
pinch of Kosher salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
