 Ginger Sesame Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower is a great substitute for rice

Served with Vietnamese Stir Fried Chicken


Makes 4 servings                                                   0 WW Blue points / serving

2 cups riced cauliflower *

1 Tbsp. Parkay cooking oil spray

1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic

1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds


  1. In a small skillet, cook the garlic and ginger in the cooking spray until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. In a sauté pan coated with cooking spray, cook the cauliflower until heated through or to your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the garlic mixture and serve.
