Ginger Sesame Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower is a great substitute for rice
Served with Vietnamese Stir Fried Chicken |
Makes 4 servings 0 WW Blue points / serving
2 cups riced cauliflower *
1 Tbsp. Parkay cooking oil spray
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- In a small skillet, cook the garlic and ginger in the cooking spray until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- In a sauté pan coated with cooking spray, cook the cauliflower until heated through or to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the garlic mixture and serve.
