Garlic Pommes Frites

Frozen French fries crisp up nicely in the oven. Tossing them with a little garlic oil elevates them nicely.


Makes 2 servings                                                     5 WW Blue points / serving

30 frozen French fries

2 Tbsp. olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Cook the French fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small sauté pan.
  3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Toss the fries with a 2 teaspoons of the garlic oil. Reserve the remaining oil for other purposes.
