Avocado and Garlic Crema

Avocado and Garlic Crema

1 ripe avocado, pitted and flesh removed

1/4 lemon, juiced

1 clove garlic, pressed

Kosher salt

1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
