Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning

I am all for saving money whenever possible. Emeril's Seasonings are available commercially but he has shared the recipe on many different websites and in various publications. I have done a taste test and you can not tell the different.
(also known as Bayou Blast) from FoodNetwork.com
2 1/2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Yield: 2/3 cup
