Oven Baked Garlic Corn on the Cob

Garlic makes the sweetness of the corn to pop. This can also be cooked on the grill just wrap in foil before placing it on the grill.
Makes 2 servings 6 WW pts / serving
2 ears corn, shucked
2 Tbsp. garlic olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place corn on baking sheet and brush with oil.
- Liberally season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, until starting to brown, turning the corn occasionally.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with more salt and pepper to taste.
