Sautéed Kale
This makes a great side-dish for any meat or poultry or try it topped with the Turkey Stuffed Cabbage Rolls.
1 bunch of kale, stems removed and torn
1 garlic clove, cut in half
Cooking spray
2 Tbsp. water
- In a sauté pan coated with cooking spray, cook the kale and garlic until beginning to wilt.
- Add the water and continue cooking until the water is evaporated and the kale is cooked to your liking.
- Remove the garlic clove halves and serve.
