Basil Garlic Mayonnaise
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, smashed
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 pinches cayenne pepper
3/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
Pulse basil, garlic, salt, and cayenne in a small food processor until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Chill, covered, 1 hour.
