Deviled Chicken Spread
Makes 1 cup
1 cup leftover chicken
¼ cup chopped scallions
1 tsp dried tarragon1 cup leftover chicken
¼ cup chopped scallions
3 drops Chipotle Tabasco sauce
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Place chicken in the bowl of a small food processor. Pulse just to chop. Add remaining ingredients and chop to desired consistency.Chill, if desired, before serving. Use as sandwich spread.
