Garlic Chicken and Broccoli
This is a K-I-S-S meal. Boneless skinless chicken is cooked with fresh broccoli, garlic, and Parmesean cheese. Make some pasta and enjoy a meal that is healthy, and easy.
3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts – cut into bite sized pieces
1 head broccoli – cut into bite sized pieces
3 – 4 cloves garlic – finely chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until done. Remove to platter. Add the broccoli and saute until crisp tender. Put the chicken back into the pan and toss together. Add the cheese and a healthy amount of freshly ground pepper. Serve with additional cheese.
