Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Omelet

I love bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon but I did not want the carbs. This omelet gives you all the delicious flavors without any of the carbs.
Makes 1 serving 1 WW point / serving
1-2 eggs
1 tsp. fat free milk
Pinch of Kosher salt
Cooking spray
1 Tbsp. smoked salmon, chopped
1 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 Tbsp chopped red onion
1 tsp capers, chopped
Pinch of dried dill weed
- Whish the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat; coat with cooking spray.
- Add the egg mixture and tilt the pan to spread it out; Cook until the eggs are beginning to set, about 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cream cheese, salmon, onions, capers and dill over the eggs; Continue cooking until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted, about 2 more minutes.
- Fold the omelet in half as you are plating it.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
